The maximum length of a single booking is 11 months.
You may pay either the full amount upfront or on a monthly basis. A monthly payment cannot be split.
Cleaning takes place once every 14 days.
We require a security deposit at check-in.
For stays of up to 5 months: the deposit is 50% of the first month’s rent.
For stays of 6 months or more: the deposit is 100% of the first month’s rent.

When you book a longer stay, you receive an extra discount. If you shorten your stay to a shorter period that qualifies for a smaller discount, we recalculate the price at the current rate.
If you shorten your stay and the remaining period is less than 30 days, we recalculate that last period using short-term rental rates.
Due to dynamic pricing, any extension will be charged at the rates in effect when you request the extension.
