Pet accommodation rules
Payment for a pet
We are pleased to inform you that stay in the hotel with a pet is charged of 1 500 rubles per night for short-term accommodation. In case of long-term stay (30 days) the amount of surcharge is 15 000 rubles for one pet (per month). Accommodation of more than one pet in the room requires additional agreement with the hotel administration, the amount of additional cost can be changed. The deposit of 3 000 rubles for the whole period of stay for short-term accommodation is an additional obligatory condition, which will be returned in full upon check-out, assuming the safety of the room. Otherwise, in case of damage, will be filled an Act of property damage, according to which the amount will be calculated.
Allowed animal
We welcome all well-behaved dogs and cats weighing up to 10 kg., and no more than 50 cm at the withers. The hotel reserves the right to demand the immediate removal of a pet that demonstrates dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including excessive noise (for example, barking), signs of illness, as well as urination/defecation in public places. The number of pets in the room is determined by the decision of the hotel administration. The guest is responsible for all expenses related to the removal of your pet. The hotel employee has the right to request the provision of a veterinary passport for an animal with vaccination marks. The hotel is not responsible for the disappearance of your pet from the room.
Walking area
It is allowed to take a pet through the guest area only when going for a walk, while the animal must be on a leash. The pet must strictly be on a leash, muzzled and/or carried in the public area of the hotel (corridors, elevators, lobby). You cannot let your pet walk alone through the corridors of the hotel and the surrounding area.
Walking medium-sized dogs must be carried out on a leash with a muzzle in specially designated park areas. It is forbidden to walk dogs on the lawns of the hotel.
Room cleaning
For the safety and comfort of your pet, room cleaning will be carried out only if: the animal is not in the room; the animal is under your supervision (the dog must be on a leash); the animal is in a carrier.
Damage
It is forbidden to wash pets in bathrooms, shower cabins of the room, to use towels, sheets and other textile accessories belonging to the hotel for drying. It is forbidden to feed and water animals from dishes that are in the room, except for those specially provided by the hotel. In case of damage or contamination caused by an animal, a guest service employee draws up an Act of property damage indicating the value of this property in accordance with the price list. The guest is obliged to compensate the costs of the hotel in accordance with the price list of the damaged property.
Check-out procedure
On departure from the hotel, the guest should call the reception desk (tel.110/111) to have the room checked by a housekeeping staff member and/or a receptionist (front office manager) for possible damage. Otherwise, you are fully responsible for any damage caused by your pet in the room.
In case of loss of or damage to property in the room by the guest and/or persons staying in the room at the invitation of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate for the material damage caused. The housekeeping and/or receptionist shall fill out an Act of property damage and upon inspection of the apartment the hotel administration has the right to demand reimbursement of the cost of missing property or payment of the cost of repair, damaged and/or broken property in accordance with the price list. If the guest refuses to compensate for the damage or if the guest fails to notify the hotel of the damage, the hotel has the right to unilaterally deduct the amount of material damage from the deposit/security payment.
Rules and responsibilities
The pet owner fully assumes all responsibility related to ensuring the proper maintenance of the animal in the room stock during the stay at the hotel. The pet owner bears all costs associated with the damage and/or destruction of the property of the Hotel by the animal. In case of damage to the hotel by animals, the guest is obliged to compensate the losses in full by depositing additional funds in the amount necessary to cover the losses. All risks associated with the behavior of a pet during its stay at the Hotel, which may entail damage to the property of third parties from among the Guests and/or employees of the hotel, as well as harm to the health of the latter, are also borne by the owner of the animal.
Additional service
For the comfort of your pet on request we provide a set with accessories needed: a bowl for food and water, a bedding/bed, a tray, disposable hygienic diaper (if necessary, you can purchase additional disposable diapers by the price 50 rubles per one unit).
